We know how much members of the Coil community love supporting their favorite streamers with the Coil Twitch Bot. So it’s with a heavy heart that we inform you of the difficult decision to discontinue the service as part of your membership effective immediately. 

This decision was driven by Twitch’s recent rollout of strong anti-bot measures which are preventing the Coil Twitch Bot from cheering bits. As much as we wish there was an easy fix and a way to reliably continue the service as part of your membership, our investigation into the issue confirmed that there’s not a viable path forward.  

We hope you’ll continue to use your membership to support creators across the web monetized ecosystem. But if this change in service means it’s no longer a fit for you, please contact customer support. If you experienced any issues with the Coil Twitch Bot in September 2022, our support team will be happy to assist with refunding your membership fees for that period.
